Data purchased from ListBolt may only be used for lawful purposes, including:

  • Telemarketing (in compliance with TCPA and state regulations)
  • Email marketing (in compliance with CAN-SPAM Act)
  • Market research and analysis

You may NOT use the data for:

  • Harassing, threatening, or stalking individuals
  • Any illegal activities
  • Reselling or redistributing the data
  • Discriminatory purposes prohibited by law

4. Data Licensing

Purchased data is licensed for your use only. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your own marketing purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or share the data with third parties.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase applies.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital data products, all sales are final once the data has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will assist you. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for undownloaded orders within 48 hours of purchase.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any data. Data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

ListBolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the data or the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific data product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
